The view

Stanley knife blades in the washing machine and the phone was broken. Was a bit scared of why the blades were there and didnt sleep weel even though Moved to new room very late at night. tv remote didn't work and very noisy with the building works.

At night the road works came out. The noise was so loud at 1.00 in the morning.

The shower pressure

Everything else. The TV didn't work. Our neighbours had a nazi symbol on their door, which we found offensive, our other neighbours kept banging on the wall. The room was freezing even with the heater on.

Booked well in advance x2 rooms-one room wasn't ready and I felt like I was arguing with staff to have it cleaned. It took them over 2 hours to have this completed which delayed us getting ready and made us late to our function! We were dealt with unprofessionally and continuously shoved off!

Location was good

There was very loud construction work going all night. I told reception on my checkout only to be responded with a rant about how it’s been going for a year, no apology nothing. I get they can’t help the construction but to give me a room right in front of it with out any discount for the no sleep all night is poor

Good for where we needed to go

Hard to find a park to go check in and get the key to open gates for paid parking

It was clean and easy accessible. Had everything there that was needed. I like the way the have the keys set up for the lifts. Very easy to use. Staff were lovely.

The photos I saw when booking showed a bath and balcony off the bedroom as well as the lounge room. Unfortunately there wasn’t one off the bedroom and no river views like I thought I booked. Bathroom outdated but clean.

There was a very major construction being undertaken with works in the street immediately outside the room with concrete cutting and heavy machinery. I checked out at 10pm as the night manager said it may well go on all night.
