Oaks Broome Hotel

Good location

Noisy air conditioning, noisy fan. Restaurant service and food poor.

Our room positioned overlooking the pool was great!

Not a fault of the hotel but the pool was freezing! Was quite a lot of ants and midgies in our bathroom so had to keep cleaning the surfaces down to remove any trace of them. Also had small issues with TV connection.

Location was okay pool, area looked good, TV large and worked well

- Staff gave the wrong key type meaning a long walk to reception after hulking heavy cases up stairs - no apology given, very indifferent about the hassle he’d caused - Shower has no door - water going everywhere - We had ants in the bathroom - Kettle kept popping the trip/ fuse

The male reception staff attitude towards me was arrogant. Was not as friendly to me as he was to others. I have made a verbal complaint to the manager about the staff member however I still feel like I would not stay at the hotel again, due to thoughts of being treated the way I had.

Room was clean and simple but perfect for just couple of nights . Loved the pool .

Trying to get into our room was a nightmare, everything we left and came back the card to get into the room wouldn’t work , had to go to reception 4 times to get it fixed

Not far from the town and beach

The amount of space in my room was impressive, comfy bed and table and chair sitting space.

Everything was fine
