Four golfers were saved by the fine folks at JG. Our Airbnb had a water leak on arrival and we were kind of stuck. Called JG reservation and she worked hard to get us into the premises at about the same price as the Airbnb. On arrival Sharon at the front desk kicked it up a notch and created the perfect solution in the Adam’s building. Thank you JG. Oh, BTW, the place is terrific.

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

Stayed with family in a suite for the weekend. Left some jewelry in the bathroom and called once realized. Was told to fill out a claim on Chargerback.com. Two weeks later, still trying to contact the hotel but always routed to some outside agency who knows nothing. I keep getting routed to others who have no direct connection with the hotel. I've tried more than a dozen phone numbers and I can't get anyone who is actually affiliated with the hotel or anyone who has any clue what I can do to retrieve my property. I just want my jewelry. I did get to a lost and found line, but it went to voicemail. I'm very frustrated with this place. I can't get anyone to respond
