The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and the location to hospital area was what we needed.

I have no dislikes. My husband had surgery the next day, and we had a restful night.

Room, no soap or shampoo, front desk staff were rude

It was close to the hospital for a 6am arrival. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

Room was in need of an update. Furniture was scuffed and a little battered. Various areas, especially bathroom, just were not up to usual “hotel cleanliness “ standards. We had to leave before the breakfast buffet was open.

The location was good

The young girl who was working behind the counter was sitting on the couch with her boyfriend, watching TV when I walked in. When I asked if there was laundry soap in the laundry room, she said, “I don’t know.“ the Hotel certainly needs an updated facelift. We had requested a handicap room, but the shower curtain was too high off the floor and water leaked out from the shower area splashed across the bathroom floor.
