Nice quiet place
Very clean room with comfortable beds. Great bathroom soaps. Best hotel experience we’ve had in years.
The building was well constructed with good insulation so the heat pump didn't turn on all night long. When it did come on, the heater was quiet. This was on a night when the temperature dropped to 20 below zero. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the best I've ever had in a motel. The renovation wasn't the highest quality. The housekeeper left a clothing tag on the floor and the common areas were grubby. I probably would stay there again because a quiet heater/ac unit is the most important factor for me.

My sons headphone beats were stolen out of our room by housekeeping/staff member. Left message for GM to call me back, and a message for front manager and no one returned my call. Called the hotel several times and could never talk to GM.
We usually stay exclusively at Hampton Inn. We stayed at this property twice in a week (for travel stops). We also stayed at another property for the bulk of our stay at our destination. This location does not allow you to check in or out without going to the front desk. No other location makes me go to the front desk at check-in. Also, the mattresses are hard and we did not sleep well either night (different rooms). The other location had great mattresses and we slept 6 nights without issue.

Customer service was wonderful
The property was very nice. Our breakfast was great too. We were disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub weren't available. The rooms were very nice and our suite was beautiful too. The mattress however wasn't quite up to the standards of the room. I thought we would find our selves in a nice comfortable plush bed but instead it was very stiff/hard which made getting comfortable more than difficult and it made for a poor nights sleep. I would recommend a slightly softer mattress, middle of the road so those that like firm could be ok and those that like soft could be ok.
