Breakfast was good

Room was dirty things not whipped down like phone an desk most of all I’m so upset I found a broken crack pipe under bed frame manger tryed to down play it only gave 1 refund of $108.00 he should have refunded the total amount of my 2 day stay knowing I was sleeping on top bed with a crack pipe under bed I’m so disgusted and disappointed of how manger handled this serious problem

There wasn’t any refrigerator in our room, the pillows were all too small and uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The breakfasts aren’t as good as they used to be, don’t offer as much quality hot food

The location of the property was perfect. The room had everything we needed and more. Clean linens, soft pillows and full blackout drapes were a pleasant surprise. The views of the mountain side were spectacular. And the staff was accommodating and very attentive to our needs. I will definitely stay here again.

I was told that the room that we booked had a built-in shower chair, it did not. The shower chair that was provided did not sit still, and made showering feel a little unstable.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Flies in bathroom daily and inadequate hot water in the shower. The hot water for tea was only ever lukewarm. Inadequate drinking water options- was given two bottles at check in but the only refill station in the fitness area was broken.

Did not eat breakfast.

There was no hot water, barely lukewarm. My daughter and her husband in the 2nd room we reserved did not shower because it was cold outside and we wanted to get warm. Her shower was cold, not even lukewarm. We switched rooms trying to get a room with hot water but it was no better. At least the carpet wasn't wet in that room. The employee at the front desk was very under accommodating. He didn't seem to care that we couldn't shower. He said there would be someone in at 8 am who would comp us. I told him we were leaving at 6am. He promised I would receive a call. He also said he would log our complaint t to make sure there was a record. In the morning the employee at the front desk said the employee the night before didn't log our complaint. There was so much wrong! Also, it looks like I was charged for a 3rd room (probably because the guy at the desk moved us to another room). I have called my bank to dispute the charges.

I liked the spaciousness of breakfast area because there was plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast also had a nice variety. I liked how many plug outlets were in my room. It made it easy to plug in all of the devices.

Mostly everything was good. My biggest issue was with the shower water. It was lukewarm at best, which made for an unpleasant shower. However, we did let the front desk know, and they changed our room. The new room was only slightly better. However, the last morning we were there, the shower water was finally hot. So the problem was fixed.
