Microtel Inn and Suites Elkhart

Good breakfast.

Getting into the parking lot was a bit confusing.

Hotel room was dusty but otherwise ok. I tried calling the front desk and the phone did not work.

Staff/hotel management was not welcoming or friendly. They were in a hurry for us to leave.

convenience but there are many other properties around as well

1. Watch out for the juice it is not always cold and if you take a sip the horrible taste will stay in your mouth 2. We have stayed her for convenience in the past..the front desk staff is horrible and unfriendly. 3.We have a store nearby and usually leave at about 6:30 a.m. We got downstairs at about 6:20 a..m. and I grabbed a hard-boiled egg. I was STERNLY warned that it was not 6:30 yet. 4. The front desk staff talks bad about other guests. 5. I was staying a few nights and bought a few frozen meals. The microwave did not work. Instead of getting one from another room, they made me come down and use the one in the breakfast room. When I went down I asked why I was not given a different microwave he had some b.s.excuse...that he could not leave the front desk..Really? Just lazy. 6. The old lady at the front---I told her the coffee was cold, her reply was that they are not obligated to give us breakfast. How would you like hearing that?
