Parties/events are not allowed. The property cannot accept bookings from local residents. Minimum Age of Lead Booker (and person staying) must be 25. All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown. There is no reception at the apartments. Apartments are at 7 & 11 Newington Road and you will be allocated an apartment/s at either or both. The City of Edinburgh Council is introducing a visitor levy for overnight guests in paid accommodations. If you are planning to stay in Edinburgh on or after 24 July 2026, and you book your stay on or after 1 October 2025, a 5% visitor levy charge (excluding VAT) will be included in your accommodations price. The levy will be charged on the first 5 nights’ stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
