"Non respect du choix de chambre. "

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue jardin or nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre côté rue qui est très passante malgré le supplément payé à Hotel.com de 5€ payé à la réservation... Il n'y a pas eu la possibilité de respecter notre choix car hotel complet.

De kamers waren netjes en schoon maar wel schimmelplekken in de douche en de deurposten konden hier en daar wel een likje verf gebruiken. Wij hadden totaal geen wifi op de kamer. Op de website staat dat kinderen geen toeristenbelasting hoeven te betalen. Wij moesten dat wel voor onze kinderen van 14 en 16 jaar. Zelfde voor het ontbijt. Nergens te vinden waar die leeftijdsgrens ligt.

Séjour convenable, malgré les commentaires excellents, l'accueil est très pro et souriant, par contre l'état de la chambre laisse à désirer présence de poussière,luminaires murale : fixation à revoir,moquette au sol pas nette ,TV sous la poussière.
