Vitors Plaza

We had a nice stay during this COVID-19 period. Only had to wear the facemask inside the reception building. It was very quiet in the hotel, probably due to the travel restrictions. The staff is really friendly and provided us with an extra bed (the sleeping couch is a bit rough for the back) and late check-out at no extra charge. The pool area is very beautiful. It is recommended to have a rental cart, as the beach is quite a walk and the main supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi and Contente) are not really in walking distance. However, there is Uber in Portugal.

Appartement conforme au descriptif. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais très facile d'accès par voiture (l'A22 est à proximité). Idéal pour séjourner et visiter le Sud-Ouest de l'Algarve. Le personnel est très gentil. Le restaurant est très bon. Le menu du jour change tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Visite faite dans le contexte particulier de la pandémie de Covid-19.

Ruime en lichte appartementen. Wel gehorig. De service is zeer goed. De voorzieningen in november nemen af. De accommodatie sluit in december.

Ótimo hotel!! Bom atendimento, boas instalações, apesar que tivemos um pequeno perrengue com o elevador e passamos o resto da estadia usando escadas. Mas o apartamento em si é ótimo! além do preço sensacional

A suíte é boa e grande. Meu filho dormiu na sala e o sofá-cama não é confortável. A cozinha americana é grande. Nos primeiros dias o Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto e então comunicamos à recepção. No dia seguinte, o técnico esteve lá e resolveu o problema, passando o Wi-Fi a ser ótimo!! O chuveiro é bom, com uma ducha forte gostosa. A arrumação do quarto é demorada e por algumas vezes, quando chegávamos da rua, o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado. A localização não é central, sendo necessário um carro para se locomover. O hotel oferece opções de lazer e tem um restaurante com comida saborosa. O hotel não disponibiliza computador para os hóspedes, o quê eu acho uma falha. No geral o hotel é bom e eu voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé à Vitor's Plaza. Les appartements sont très spacieux. On aimerait une cuisine un peu mieux équipée, mais ne nous plaignons pas : il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable à Portimão. La piscine extérieure est très belle (mais non chauffée). Nous avons pu profiter gratuitement des activités extérieures (tennis, mini-golf, tennis de table) et de la piscine intérieure chauffée. A noter pour les arrivées tardives : nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème. Le veilleur de nuit nous a très bien accueillis. Au global : on recommande !

Foi uma experiência partilhada em familia sentimo nos em casa ,todo o pessoal que trabalha no hôtel muito simpáticos. Um hôtel muito agradavel piscina de interior e exterior muito agradavel o pequeno parque muito pratico para crianças pequenas.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Schöne Lage. Störend: Schimmelflecken an der Decke des Badezimmers.

We had issues with hot water in shower which was limited time. After few minutes it got cold. We had to wait a long tim for the hot water to come back again. They send a plumber but didn't resolve the problem. On our last day they offered us to change the apartment. There was no bathtub unfortunately. Bathroom was a bit mouldy. No dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment. The bed was good but only 2 pillows. We had been provided with a free baby cot and 10% off the first dinner which was nice. The swimming pool area with jacuzzi was pleasant.
