Nice and friendly staff, nice and clean rooms

Good value for money

The hotel was well kept up in a nice area with several places to eat nearby. There was plenty of parking available. The rooms are plenty roomy with everything you need. We are going back next week again.

I had read some discouraging reviews before our stay in February 2025, but we were delighted with the property and the staff. Amit couldn't have been nicer. They had just begun breakfast service again after a long break following Covid, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, toast, and grab and go items. Our room was well-furnished with microwave and 'fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. We have booked a room here for April, as well.

We stayed just one night and found nothing to complain about.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I was leery of staying here. But on our stay in February 2025 everything went well. Our room was clean and furnished with a 'fridge and microwave. Coffee/tea were available in the office beginning at 6:00AM. We were delighted to learn that they had begun having light break items following a long period when they were unavailable. We enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, coffee, toast, and grab-and-go items. Amit at the front desk was very nice and made our stay very pleasant. We have booked again for April 2025.

The location is super as close to all resorts that we needed. Close to the freeway and shops. Staff were exceptional.

2 out of 4 lights don't work. Not a major issue but could be brighter. Draft from door, ill fitting of door doesn't sit properly

Need Fridge in room

Filthy room. Building is in poor condition. Overlooks a slum. Booked for 5 nights. Check out after one and booked somewhere else. As you arrive. The pretty fountain pond and gardens shown on the website are broken, fallen over and the gardens are overgrown. Bathroom was dirty. Mismatched furniture with staining to seating. Lights and fittings, some did not work some light switches were broken and lose. Sink was broken. Iron and iron board filthy. Chipped paint on walls and dark splashmarks throughout. Floor was filthy had to wear shoes as socks were ruined walking barefoot and so binned them. Bathroom extracter was rammed, dropping filth on you. Bath was filthy and towels thin and threadbare. Chrome fittings in bathroom were rusty and there were pubic hairs all over the floor and around the bath. Iron was filthy with burnt on fabric. Ironing board was stained and smelly and the hairdryer, well don’t go there! The doors themselves were covered in grime. Splashed and filthy hand marks around the handles. The bedding was ok but we did have bites from something in the night.

The main door needs to be sealed correctly, cold air can slip through the frame !!
