Rodeway Inn Cypress - Buena Park

The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. Room was relatively quiet.

Room was lousy. Large crack in the bathroom mirror. Window blinds were filthy. The wand used to open and close the blinds was missing. Bathtub/shower curtain had hair on it. The plate that sits inside the microwave oven was too large and could not be used. Pillows were very dense and the pillow cases were old, stained and felt very rough. Room key card was troublesome, taking several swipes before the door would unlock. Telephone was filthy. There were gnats in the room. The long hedge in front of all the rooms made it difficult to load and unload from car to room and vice versa. The soda machine was not stocked.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. I liked that they offered breakfast but even though wasn't what I was expecting but it was ok

The bed was a bit too hard for me, a couple of towels had old stains

I put the room.I asked for a downstairs room for 2 disabled people. My uncle is 86 on oxygen and when I got there they said they only had 2 beds upstairs but it would have been nice to know a head of time I would of went somewhere else. My daughter and uncle had to walk towards the end of the building. So just remember they don't accommodate disabled people.

That my disabled family had to walk far.

Place was clean and conveniently located was able to walk to different restaurants in the vicinity and felt pretty safe i would really recommend this facility aldo the rooms were very roomy

The door barely locked / closed. It was located in between two major gang areas. i was given hand towels as my bath towels to dry off with and the a/c unit in the room was not operable. I had a reservation for two nights and after not feeling safe with my daughter i left within the hour and was pulled over by cops leaving the hotel only to find out i was in between two major gang areas and thank goodness they guided me to the nearest highway so i could find lodging in a safer area.

Le petit déjeuné était bien avec les gaufres qu’on peu se faire soit même. Le lit était confortables malgré les vieux oreillers qui font des boules

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un chewing-gum sur la table de nuit !! Des poils et des cheveux dans les joints de la baignoire, et seule 1 lumière sur 4 fonctionnait au plafond.
