Bed hard mattress and couch stink

Sands had a easy check in process. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were clean. Great location. Breakfast included. Generious TV channel selection. Sands is affordable, friendly, and good for children with a pool right on property.

Easy to find. Very inexpensive.

Could not properly lock the loose door. The A/C had a strange remote thermostat, I had to call the manager to get it to work, then it was so noisy when it kicked in that I couldn’t hear the TV, and it would wake me up whenever it kicked in during the night The room was too hot and poorly insulated (I could see light all around the door). Neighbors sat in front of my unit window until midnight drinking and using course language. Advertised breakfast was sweetened fruit juice, children’s sugary cereal with milk or waffles from boxed waffle batter; no fruit or any healthy food. I shared the room with grasshoppers. Don’t select a motel primarily by price! For $20 more, I could have had a quiet good night sleep. Don’t go there!

When we arived there was not enough parking for our car. I booked and payed for a room to accommodate 4 adults with 2 beds, I was given a room with only one queen bed. I inspected the room for cleanliness, bed bugs, cockrothes and found bed bugs. Was only there for less then 5 minutes when we returned our key ( yes only one key was given) and said we wanted a refund. They told us they could not give us a refund, that our refund would have to be given to us through booking.com

TV did not work, there was no clock in the room. Went to have Breakfast that was to open at 07:am and at 07:15 the door to office was lock and there was no lights inside to get what ever the brunch was to be. there was also a lady infront of me wanting to get a cup of coffee, Door was lock. finley I pounded on door and the guy that I guess came out of the so called office. I gave him the card cause I was checking out and I also ask him for a copy of the bill that i paid when I check in and he just said that I don't get a copy. will never stay there AGAIN

Old furniture, greasy chairs, the air conditioner is running loudly. Convenient parking, right at our door.

Love the size of the room, lots of space to move around in. The outside reminds you of an old school motel.
