Very professional and friendly service with good COVID awareness Well decorated with good fittings. Decent food with a good cooked breakfast but no cereals available which they said was due to COVID precautions which frankly I didn’t understand

Early check in which was great. The room was small and noisy , room was called ripple room , until late at night and from early in morning , it was the extractor or something outside humming . No black out curtains so sun streamed in early. Lucas the manager changed us next morning to a bigger quieter room free of charge which was so much better . Breakfast the first morning Sunday morning was very slow as they had had a large party come in for drinks therefore staff weren’t around to see us into table or take our order, waited half an hour to be served. Lucas apologised and offered us an extra coffee. Breakfast was good. Breakfast Monday morning was quick and good. Dinner Saturday night was really tasty and when our guests couldn’t get a cab home , the staff arranged for Beth who was going same way to give them a lift. Went above and beyond to help us. Hotel was in lovely location, Due to it being an old building it is quite creaky on the floor boards. All i would say is don’t stay in ripple room unless noise doesn’t bother you. Would stay again as staff were helpful and food was lovely.

Comfortable room plenty of inside and outside seating options. Nice field with seats by the river fully fenced for dog to run around in. Staff polite and helpful. Lovely village.

Nice hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff.

Central hotel with good service. Bed was a bit small and low water pressure on shower. The building is very old so assume this is something not easily remedied. Free on site parking. Breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked produce. Staff all friendly and would stay again. Wi-fi not great in our bedroom.

Comfortable rooms and excellent food!

The location was excellent with lots to do in Pershore (particularly the Number8 theatre across the road)and the staff were fantasic. The venue was comfortable and very clean. Our stay was let down by little things which could easily be addressed - insufficient coat-hangers (especially as no hook on the door), insufficient toilet roll (and having to go through the embarrassment of asking for more), a dressing table with a stool too low to see yourself properly in the mirror, insufficient shelving and hooks in the bathroom to store stuff. The food was also limited with no healthier options for breakfast.

Our stay was excellent the room was very comfortable (Worcester suite) and had real character. Breakfast was very good although due to covid all the fruit and pastries were individually wrapped which was a bit odd but sign of the times I guess. The room is at the front on the High Street so there is some noise but we both slept well. Will defiantly be going back.

Character by the bucket. Rooms recently refurbished yet some finishing required. Ones at front can have some traffic/town noise. Very good covid compliance.

Very clean, very kind helpful friendly staff, excellent value for money, the food was fabulous, The hotel is in a lovely position in the middle of a beautiful little town.
