Maistra Select Family Hotel Amarin

Sadrzaj za decu je fenomenalan, beba je bila jako srecna u Vasem hotelu.

Travelled as an extended family group of 9 with 3 kids. The hotel is incredible for kids- endless entertainment, kids gym, trikes to hire, games room, kids club , kids beauty treatments (our eldest two had a massage) great food options, high chairs, bibs, weaning food etc play net in reception kept them occupied for ages! As adults we found it not so great at meeting our needs but were happy the kids were. The restaurant is like the Ikea Canteen and absolutely chaotic at times. Food for veggies was limited and drinks are from a machine (soft drinks are NOT coke etc) The bar on the terrace was beautiful but everything closed at 10:30. Lights off, no options of coffee after dinner. We ended up getting the land train into Revinj most nights as we couldn’t bear the food and were not able to sit together as a 9. Revinj itself is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were good, all facing the sea. Coffee shops to walk to along the coast. Restaurant cafe on the front doesn’t do food yet so no where to get kids a snack within the hotel. Could buy a drink and ice cream but that was it which we found tricky at times. The beach was lovely, never found hard to get beds and kayaked over to the island. Pool was busier and not our scene. We would return but would factor eating out in the cost. Lots of families I’m sure would be happy with the buffet but wasn’t for us. In all, the hotel for kids is incredible but adults do miss out at their expense. Service in hotel was great, no complaints. Weather was incredible and we had a lovely week. Be prepared for the insane passport queue at Pula airport!

Stunning location, great amenities for kids and families. Beach wow. Kayak rental super easy. Buffet good quality and variety.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very family-friendly facilities. However, we were honestly shocked by the situation with stray cats on the hotel property. There are multiple unneutered cats around the resort, including visibly pregnant cats and a nursing mother cat with kittens nearby. What is especially disappointing is that hotel staff, even after being informed directly, did not seem to feel responsible or willing to take action. This is particularly difficult to understand because Maistra publicly presents itself as socially and sustainably responsible. Ignoring obvious animal welfare issues on the hotel grounds does not match that image at all. We truly hope the hotel management and Maistra will finally cooperate with local animal welfare organizations and veterinarians to establish a humane TNR/neutering and care program instead of simply ignoring the problem.

This place is perfect for families with kids of all ages! They're so inclusive and friendly, and the local cuisine is absolutely delicious. Plus, the rooms, pools, and rest zones are clean and safe.

The all-inclusive system doesn’t include any alcohol. Sports equipment must be rented for an additional fee. My son is 165 cm tall, and the bed was too small for him 😏
