Mała łazienka, brak wanny mimo że była w opisie wyposażeniu pokoju, tak samo ze zmywarka i zestawem do prasowania - co zaniża standard a zawyża koszty noclegu

I liked everything about this hotel. It was a perfect option for our family. Spacious, clean and well equipped rooms with a kitchen, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, positive and helpful receptionists, fun playroom for kids. The location was good too - just a 10 min walk to the main shopping/venue street or to the Gubalowka funicular. Still the hotel itself is in a quiet green area.

Everything was excellent, the staff was amazing, we stayed for 7 days and after 3 days we asked to clean the rug but the staff cleaned all the apartment. Breakfast was really delicious with a lot of options. Family friendly atmosphere from bedroom with crib to children play room. We are planning next trip and definitely we are going to stay here!

The only thing missing for a perfect stay was an iron

Dużo zieleni wokół obiektu i przyjemny szum strumienia oraz znakomite śniadanie zwłaszcza przed wyjściem w góry, duży wybór, zdrowe i smaczne produkty, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Mieliśmy apartament na samej górze więc skosy w łazience były lekką niedogodnością.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Gubałówki i Krupówek. Smaczne śniadania, apartament wygodny i przestronny, byliśmy w 4 osoby (2 + 2 dzieci) i naprawdę było dużo miejsca. Duży plus za saunę i salę zabaw dla dzieci. Cisza i spokój wokół.
