I would give Stonehurst Place an 11 if I could! We love everything about this bed and breakfast! Walking through the beautiful and well appointed historical home felt like we were walking through time - right in the middle of modern day downtown Atlanta. Our room was well decorated and comfortable. The bed is plush and the bathroom is modern and luxurious. Judy is the sweetest host and her team is so charming and talented. They went above and beyond to cultivate such a wonderful experience for us, especially at breakfast. Best pancakes ever!

"Un petit bijou victorien, un accueil formidable, un petit-déjeuner qui vaut le détour"

Les plus : Stonehurst Place B&B est une demeure d'aspect victorien avec un extérieur paysagé très réussi. Ce charme désuet non loin des gratte-ciels du centre ville est très attachant. un vrai plus : un petit parking privé à l'arrière de la maison permet de garer le véhicule en toute sécurité et sans risquer la fourrière. L'accueil est formidable de convivialité et de gentillesse. Tout est fait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions (à disposition 24h/24: des gâteaux, brownies et autres cookies faits maison, des boissons fraiches, du café , du thé …) La chambre que nous avons eue (1er étage, mansardée) était un petit bijou : fenêtres à croisillons à l'ancienne, plancher bois, lit XXL en forme de canapé, douche à l'italienne intégrée dans ce petit studio, bravo pour l'aménagement intérieur. Et au petit déjeuner la surprise : c'était un vrai repas avec orange braisée, puis quiche épinards, bacon et salade de jeunes pousses, le tout accompagné de café (relativement bon pour du café américain)

Les moins : évidemment Atlanta est une ville chère, Stonehurst Place étant un B&B bien situé près de l'Atlanta botanical garden, les tarifs sont très élevés. A faire 1 nuit ou 2 pour découvrir ce petit bonbon niché dans la ville, mais hélas pas pour un séjour de plus longue durée
