Great place to stay in Yountville! Front Desk took care of immediate needs when requested (i.e. cooling of room, housekeeping). Room was comfortable. Breakfast and Wine hour were both great! Everyone on staff were pleasant and very accommodating!

What a lovely hotel and beautifully managed, every detail was correct. Welcome, room quality and cleanliness, wine and cheese on the house at 5.00pm. Help organising taxis, excellent breakfast in comfortable guest area. On our two week trip to West America and having stayed at 6 hotels this was the very best . Attentive and professional staff and friendly which until this stay was sadly rare to find. Highly recommended.

The customer service was excellent. John greeted us upon our arrival and was so friendly and had homemade chocolate cookies ready for us. Their communications via text was also excellent. John texted us that our room was ready early so we were able to check in sooner than 4pm. After we got into our room, he sent a text welcoming us and letting us know to text them if we need anything. We had so much fun at the wine and cheese/apps reception. We met other couples staying there and had a great time getting to know them, and we loved the wines and appetizers they had for us. It was a great way to start our evening. Our room was lovely.....very spacious and it had a huge bathroom. Location was EXCELLENT!!! It is right downtown Yountville. Once we parked at the hotel, we walked everywhere. We had a wonderful dinner at R&D Kitchen. The breakfast that was included in the morning was delicious. They had a huge selection of breakfast items, juices, coffee and teas. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again. And highly recommend it to others visiting Yountville and Napa.

Nothing..it was all wonderful. Next time if the weather is nice, we can use the pool and spa.

As a confirmed early bird, the most important information for me when travelling (not so much for Mrs. M), is what time and where can I get that first cup of coffee. Breakfast was included but not served until 8:00 AM so I assumed I would be on my own for that early cup of Joe. Checking Google I leaned that no Yountville coffee shop opened before 7:00 AM. In room coffee can be noisy and the last thing I wanted to do when traveling was disturb my wife's sleep. Wide awake at 6:00 AM, I decided to risk a police stop and simply wander the streets until 7:00 AM. As I came down the stairs to begin that walk, I could see the cook in the kitchen beginning her breakfast preparations. I then passed the breakfast room and could also see that she had already made the coffee and put out the cream and sugar. I resisted the urge to go back to the kitchen and give her a big hug. It might have been my best cup of coffee ever.

The time we arrived, the time we checked out, they attended to our detail, gracious and professional service. It was so comfortable they were extremely quiet, including two patios to sit and enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine. We received a bottle arrival. Absolutely a perfect getaway.

Front desk was really attentive and nice. Complimentary bike rental is a good opportunity for exploring the area. Since everyone was mentioned breakfast we were expecting something remarkable however it was really limited. Our room was TINY. If you are not petite it is not possible to fit in that room and the room was not even “petite” one we reserved the Garrett Queen which should be bigger.
