Nice hotel, lovely staff, pleasant room - until the hotel bar starts blasting techno until 230AM Sunday morning. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it. If you’re jet lagged like me, look elsewhere.
Not a consistent service in every room ( hired 2 so I can say that). Dated. Good breakfast service, friendly staffs.
Lovely food, great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and willing to chat. they gave us plates for a take away we ordered in another take away close by. Parking was very convenient and safe as there was a barrier and gate to guard the cars.
Stayed here as I was at the Tattersalls International Event...Location was excellent for me....Very clean room and bathroom...clean sheets and towels every day....will definitely stay next year again ....could have done with a fan...no air con and it was very hot.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size and very clean. For a one night stay this was great. However the shower was not great and no ironing board was provided. The iron also did not work. As we were attending a wedding and wanted to look out best this was not ideal. The staff were great; friendly, attentive and very helpful.
Great hotel lovely food . Friendly staff . Bar is comfortable . Carpark behind very secure cant get in unless reception opens it . Would definatly stay here again

Ideal location if you are you and want to stay up but there is very loud music until 3 in the morning Room is clean but the bathroom needs a freshen up Hotel reception was friendly but did give a lot of info e.g checkout time ect.... Room is very clean and bed is comfy
Because we travelled on good Friday - the first one in 90yrs to allow pubs open - the hotel seemed extra busy, there was music booming til 2am and there was noise in the corridor at 2:30. Our room was near enough to the lift. Otherwise the hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable.
