Amazing breakfast and lovely staff

Wish we had a lake view room

The location couldn't be faulted at all, it was fantastic, also the breakfast was also good, on the downside I'd say it was quite expensive, for one night's stay,

Nothing really other than what I've mentioned,

Staff was very helpful after our 1st room at 10 o’clock at night the heating pipes start loud noise they move us rooms for a good night sleep. Thank you

everything went well, staff accommodation all to a very high standard, the location and facilities couldn't have been better

nothing, no negative comments at all.

Everything revolves around the lake views, which are simply stunning. The food is very good and, although the wine list limited, we found very good options.

There were a couple of instances where the waiting staff were not well organized. That said, they were friendly and efficient when deployed correctly

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and the bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in!

For the price of our stay, we thought it could have been a little more personable - I.e the guest welcome sheet with the room key - it could have been personal with names and not on cheap paper. It was also far too warm
