White Palace Studios

Hotel był czysty i schludny, a panie z obsługi przemiłe, bardzo pomocne i robią świetne drinki. :) Mieliśmy olbrzymi balkon o rozmiarze drugiego pokoju z pięknym widokiem na basen sąsiedniego hotelu i ulicę. Dobra lokalizacja, 10-15 minut spacerem do plaży Faliraki Beach, a obok hotelu dobrze wyposażony sklepik. Wszystkie "udogodnienia" pierwszej potrzeby (klimatyzacja, internet, TV) działały bez zarzutu.

Są to raczej drobiazgi, ale: - Najwyższy czas wymienić wieszak na pranie/ręczniki przymocowany do ściany na balkonie - farba z niego trochę odpada, a nawet brudzi suszące się ubrania po dociśnięciu ich spinaczami. - Poza tym trochę szkoda, że w hotelowym barze późnym wieczorem gasły światła i nie było obsługi, podczas gdy w bardzo podobnym hotelu obok przez cały czas można było pójść, zamówić drinka i cieszyć się ciepłym wieczorem przy dobrze oświetlonym basenie.

Die White Palace Studios haben eine super Lage, es ist ruhig, bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit und auch nicht zur Bar- und Einkaufsmeile. Das Haus sieht fantastisch aus, die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Beide Damen versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und sind sehr zuvorkommend! Die Appartements sehen gut aus! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich!!!

Die Bäder müssen unbedingt renoviert werden, sie sind veraltet!

Siamo stati benissimo! Le camere sono semplici ma dotate di tutto l'essenziale. La struttura è molto tranquilla per godersi un po' di relax dopo aver girato tutto il giorno per l'isola. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Faliraki ma lontano dal caos. Per chi affitta la macchina in 2 minuti si raggiunge la strada a scorrimento veloce per girare Rodi. La proprietaria Ketsa è stata veramente gentile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Everything was exactly as it said, great value for money and a lovely place to stay

The room was clean ane we had fresh towels every second day:) the host was very friendly! Swimming pool was clean and nice!

Sehr zentral in Faliraki gelegen, sehr nettes Personal.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer hat sehr modrig/feucht gerochen. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und für 3 Personen etwas klein, aber für ein paar Nächte ok. Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack sehr hart, ist aber eine Ansichtssache.

The staff is kind and they try to satisty all requests of yours: they gave us the crib and high chair for our baby and they organized our transfer from the airport to the studio. The location is close (10 minutes by walk) from the Faliraki beach and the area is very silent, even you are very close to the Faliraki main street. The room has got a good running air conditioning, kitchen, private bathroom with hairdrier, the cold and hot water was always running correctly. The White Palace Studio has got a good and wide swimming pool and a coffee bar.

We were with our baby: we had the crib for our baby as promised but the problem was the mattress. Unluckily it was not a real mattress but it was a winter blanket covered with some sheets: it was not the best for our baby in July in Rhodes. In added, we had one of the smallest double room, considered that we were 3 persons: for example, the balcony was too small for 3 persons where the baby was using her high chair. In added, the burner to cook was older then the other ones in the other rooms. The cleaning service was good even one of the first days she knocked our door at 9.30am to make us to go out because cleaning but the following days we found an agreement without problems for us.
