Convenient location, literally a hop, skip and jump off I-20. Rooms were clean (we stayed twice as halfway points in a trip further west). The young lady that worked the breakfast buffet was constantly working, unlike the person at the other facility we stayed at.....she was constantly busy, wiping down tables/countertops, stocking food and paper supplies in the cabinets on the floor. She also spoke to everyone that came in for breakfast, wishing them a good morning upon arrival and a good day on departure. She also did this during our stay 11.5-11.06. Front desk clerks maintenance man and housekeeping staff that we saw were all very polite and spoke to us each time

The hotel was excellent and a great location. It was a great stay

The hotel double charged us for the room following a dispute with booking com. Ignore our request for refund claiming booking.com issue. They have been equally poor. Still awaiting resolution
