good location comfortable beds Great staff , especially reception good facilities . Great equipment for rooms excellent breakfast

dirty windows inside and out. old blood on the outside of the window broken tv run down rooms mouldy bathroom grout. poor quality food , ordered for a party of 18 every meal over cooked and dry but excellent breakfast buffet

The location, food and the spa

The spa restrictions for hotel guests. It’s not made entirely clear that there are restrictions in place for hotel guests. The room was dated and the tv didn’t have any signal, regardless of how we moved it.
