Both evening and morning desk clerks were professional, friendly and helpful. The woman in charge of the dining area was wonderful. The breakfast was good and there were many choices.

Our room had a huge cockroach that went across the floor and we were on the second floor. The girl at the front desk didnt seem to be surprised. Its been over a month since we were there, i have in writing that im being reimbursed but im still working to get my $ back.
