B&B Hotel Oviedo

Great price for room And breakfast. Upstairs has a balcony/walkway. Out of town so no attractions in the area. Good breakfast. Would stay again

Very reasonably priced accomodation .Cimfortable,clean and with helpful staff however very difficult to find,Sat nav gets you within half a mile but then it up to you to find the place.

Hotel distante dal centro. Camere ampie ma molto sporche. Grande bagno con ottima doccia. Colazione disastrosa. Prezzo onesto.

Nos costó llegar porque al meter la dirección al navegador nos mandó a otro sitio lejano. Si decides ir introduce en el navegador "Urbanización La Fresneda", no entiendo porqué no lo indican. Además cuando llegas al hotel en lugar de poner hotel Oviedo pone hotel Los Fresnos. Cuando llegamos a la habitación olía fatal, nos habían puesto en una habitación de fumadores, así que si no lo sois, insistir que no sois fumadores ya que se nota mucho la diferencia. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación diferente al quejarnos del olor y aunque fuese de las no reformadas nos gustó mucho más. La habitación era cómoda, bien aclimatada, tenía secador de pelo y estaba limpia a excepción de un poco de moho en la bañera. No aportan champús, gorro de ducha, etc. (hay que pagarlo). Dependiendo de la hora en la que te duches y la gente que haya en el hotel la temperatura del agua al ducharse cambia mucho. Dos días nos duchamos con agua caliente y otros dos con el agua ligeramente tibia. Los desayunos muy bien. Todos los días había zumos de varios sabores, pan, cruasanes y café. Además iban variando algunos platos (tortilla, queso, entremeses). El mejor desayuno fue el día que pusieron tomate y queso manchego. El hotel estaba cerca de la autovía, a 10 min. de Oviedo y 15 min. de Gijón.

Bonne en général. Petit bémol : le wi-fi ne marche pas dans les chambres et le repas du soir n'est pas terrible. Mais pr la chambre, confort et propreté impeccable...

Nous sommes trés satisfait de l'hotel mais il est trés difficille á trouver. L'hotel avait changé de nom mais n'avait pas actualisé le nouveau logo et nom de l'hotel. Aucune indication non plus de cet hotel dans les environs du fait que l'accés á été modifié suite au passage de la voie rapide á cõté. Un coulpe de clients venant de France.

UN POCO ESCONDIDO. MUY BARATO PARA TODO LO QUE OFRECE. PERFECTO PARA PASAR UNA NOCHE Y VISITAR ALREDEDORES. NO ME IRIA ALLI PARA UNA LARGA ESTANCIA. PARA LO MENCIONADO, LO RECOMIENDO.

quite difficult to find this place, we had booked it for a one night stay over on our journey. the sign from the road was giving a different hotel name and only once we had passed the turning did we see that this was the hotel we were looking for. the room was basic, but pretty clean. it had a huge window which was great because it was a boiling hot day. we needed the put up bed, which was just a little camp bed in the corner of the room, was is fine, but we sat on it to find that the frame had no slats to hold up the mattress and we ended up on the floor - very funny!!! we told the lady at reception and within an hour, the frame was replaced and a good nights sleep was had! not very well staffed, the lady there, did the reception, bar, kitchen, room service etc etc. but even though she was run off her feet she was quite friendly although got grumpier throughout the evening. when we had booked the room the information had advised they had 24 hr restaurant / room service available, this wasn't to be the case. but we did stop some café menus in the reception area and the lady eventually agreed to warm us a couple of pizzas up which we ate in our room. the shower was great and as advertised. the hotel was quite far from anything, so you would probably need a car if you wanted to get out and about. although there did seem to be some tourist sites and bus service information in the reception. the car park is large and there is a patio area and childrens play area, but it did all look quite neglected, but was fine to sit out for an hour. cheap and cheerful really!!!

very nice hotel, staff exellent. rooms good. a bit far if you have no transport. we broke down vehicle in garage. had to use taxis. food very good, would stay again, as long I have transport. very good value for money
