Easy self check-in, clear messages before and upon arrivals. Daily cleaning. The position couldn't be better. Reasonably comfy beds.

The reception is often unattended, not an issue per se a part from the departure day: we availed of the luggage storage, but our code to enter was no longer valid so we had to find someone to unlock the door for us. The breakfast is next door, ok value for money. However, the receptionist there made a comment about not understanding why our hotel was sending us there? It felt like we weren't welcomed there. Weird.

Hotel was in an excellent location, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Our group didn’t have the breakfast so couldn’t comment.

Rooms varied in size quite considerably. There were 6 of us who were travelling together, all of whom had separate bedrooms. While the facilities within the room were fine, my room was really small, tiny in comparison with the rooms of my fellow travellers. Also, it transpired that I had in fact paid a great deal more for what I considered an inferior room. I felt as though I had paid a deluxe price for a small single room. If you check in and you are assigned room 23, be prepared for a surprise and not in a good way!!

It was a good location, close to the Jewish quarter. Only a short ride to the old town, staff were really helpful and house keepers were amazing. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Obsługa była uprzejma, pomocna i zrobiła bardzo dobre wrażenie.

• Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu. Gościom polecany jest pobliski parking, jednak podczas rezerwacji nie zostałam poinformowana, że kosztuje on aż 90 zł. Uważam, że taka informacja powinna być jasno podana wcześniej, aby uniknąć nieprzyjemnych niespodzianek po przyjeździe. • W pokoju utrzymywał się bardzo intensywny zapach męskich perfum, który nie znikał nawet po dłuższym wietrzeniu. • Przy rezerwacji nie zostałam poinformowana, że jeden z pokoi posiada balkon, a drugi nie. • Około godziny 6:00 rano obudziła mnie śmieciarka. • Lodówka nie działała prawidłowo. • Woda pod prysznicem była jedynie letnia, nigdy naprawdę ciepła. Ze względu na powyższe niedogodności raczej nie zdecyduję się na ponowny pobyt, mimo że obsługa zasługuje na pochwałę.
