The only thing I would have wished for was that the hot tubs were set warmer. Staff was amazing!

Beautiful view and excellent service

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. The views were incredible! Food was also incredible including the breakfast included with the stay!! We had to leave super early our last day for a train and they even packed us breakfast bags for the go which was so sweet and made our early morning easy and delicious! Only complaint is the shower. I don’t know if all rooms have it but it’s just a handheld shower head on the wrong side making it difficult to shower and get water all over the floor. So some shower updates and this place would be perfection!

The setting and the views from this hotel are amazing. It is, however, overpriced for what you get--the facilities are starting to show their age. My room--105--had no view, had a terrible shower, and was in real need of a makeover. For three hundred bucks a night for a single I expected much more.

En lo que respecta al hotel todo ha resultado excelente. Tuvimos un inconveniente totalmente ajeno al hotel (un accidente de ski) y por esa razón no pudimos disfrutar plenamente del hotel. Pero ha sido remarcable la predisposición y compromiso con que el staff del hotel nos ayudó en todo lo que surgió tras el accidente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lo único que puedo aportar a quienes consulten esta opinión es que no es posible acceder a las pistas de ski directamente desde el hotel. Es necesario caminar en total unos 400m antes de poder estar efectivamente esquiando. Al regresar, el trayecto hasta entrar al hotel es un poco menor. Pero tampoco se puede ingresar esquiando.

Excellent location, easily walkable once you know about the tunnel and dedicated lift. Breakfast selection was good, the in-house restaurant is also worth a visit (we enjoyed our dinner there very much). The view from the restaurant is another positive point. The staff (hotel and restaurant) was overall very friendly and professional. Our room was in the 'Charm' category, i.e. there are upgraded versions available. We found it more than acceptable in terms of size, comfort and amenities. We had an excellent stay in Zermatt and the hotel played its part. We would definitely consider coming back

Very nice hotel with a fabulous view of the Matterhorn. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Very nice breakfast.
