"Unbelievably horrible and disgusting with facilities, treatment by management, and inconvenienced unbelievable!!!"

I experienced one polite and helpful front desk employee… handicapped parking was nicely attainable..Location of property acceptable.

Management 80% rude and not helpful or willing to help! Facility dirty, breakfast unacceptable and not worthy of care. Housekeeping none on Friday short staffed! Not enough pillowcases to change linen. Had to go get new linen and towels daily at front desk? Had to change our beds ourselves Place covered in dust our on the 4th floor had a/c water leaking puddle in 5 foot diameter Room was muggy, algae very bad on allergies and warm during daytime a/c unit could not keep up with temperature.
