The Eldon Luxury Suites

Poor communication! I had been trying to cancel for over a month. I called the property several times and they would say they would call back. I travel to DC a lot and just wanted a voucher not even my money back but now I will never book here again just cuz they didn’t know how to return calls or communicate! Very poor service!

Trying to keep it a secret

It was fine. Quality was aligned with price so all good. Very clean and a little dated -- which is no big deal in my book. Very nice stay. Everyone very kind.

This property was nothing like the pictures! Our room had torn and discolored sheets in room one. Offered a second room which the clerk said she would check first. She apparently did not pull down the sheets. We found long strands of hairs. The matress cover was filthy. The matress itself had quiite the suprises, to say the least. We had to leave! I would not recommend this stay for anyone!

The size of the room and location of the facility are really amazing. Also the cleaning services.

The third adult had to sleep on the couch which is very narrow and not a sleeper couch at all.

Recently stayed at Eldon Luxury Suites and overall had a positive experience. While the furniture and decor are a bit dated—some of the stool chairs and pieces could really use an update—the room was clean and served its purpose well. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and the water heater worked excellently, which we really appreciated. The kitchen area included a dishwasher that definitely needs replacing, but since we weren’t using it and mainly stayed in the room to sleep and shower, it didn’t affect our stay much. For our budget and needs, it was a solid choice in a convenient location. With a few updates, this place could really shine.

This mini-studio apartment was an absolute gem! It was beautifully decorated, very stylish, and in a fantastic location. I especially appreciated the full kitchen setup, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and even pots and pans. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were also excellent.

A little on the pricey side & no laundry services especially for guest that book extended stays It also requires a 150 deposit for incidentals…the good thing is it’s immediately refunded after your stay
