Not a very comfy couch for 3rd-4th person

Large spacious rooms with working kitchen and full size fridge with ice maker was great

The Air conditioner broke right before dinner. My room was 78 -80 degrees. I had a lousy sleep due to the heat. Which threw out the rest of the holiday. Staff was very nice but the Hotel never offered any rebate in return. However I do recommend this hotel. Staff is very accommodating but floors could be a little cleaner

This is a unique place to stay.. It is actually an apartment and not a hotel room, it has a full kitchen, bath and bedroom. Equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. The only thing that was not good, no hot water in the shower. They did a great service recovery for the inconvenience of not having hot water in shower..

Location and staff The bathroom and kitchen were nice

Furniture dirty and outdated. ( Sofa, chair, and bar stools) Sofa and TV too small and did not have a TV in the bedroom. Vertical blinds very cheap and worked poorly. Air did not work well the first night. The bed was very small and should be a king since it’s the only one.

It was a hot, humid week in DC but the AC worked great. 2.5 block walk to Metro entrance. Very spacious. 3 closets. Stone counters, nice appliances in kitchen. Great shower stall.

They could use a decent handyperson. Cupboard door hinges were loose. Kitchen faucet was funky, both directions provided cold, hot was towards the middle. Kitchen was minimally stocked with plates and utensils but only thing I really missed was a blender. View was of brick wall 6' away.

The Suite was a perfect size, location was great for the Conference centre and the metro. Walking distance to the museums.

The in room safe did not work & despite reporting this the day we arrived was not fixed during our stay. The reception staff were very apologetic & did offer a change of room.

missing parking facilities and information about it. Staff just sent us to find by our own means. NOt having parking facilities they can provide already known information. Or even negotiate rates for the parking just besides the propertie
