Aidan was pleasant & very helpful. Location of Leisure restaurant a definite plus. More hotels should provide an on site eatery. Proximity to town is awesome!

An odd vibration, almost like a power tool being used. I could hear it occasionally from my upstairs room (201). Annoying @ 1st until I grew used to it. Nobody was working in the area of the front entrance. I didn't complain to front desk. Figured it would quit soon. Didn't hear/feel it by the time I went to sleep after a 7+ hour drive from my home near Providence, R.I.

Yes y'all were very understanding very very friendly, easy to talk to. Thank you for working with the Dept. Of Social Services and letting them pay for another night..

There was nothing to dislike. We love the view especially of Conesus Lake well I used to go swimming every summer the last time I lived up here before I moved away almost 25 years ago

All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Room were very nice.

Breakfast was very good, although I paid for it. It was not included. Next time, I plan to eat other meals there. It seemed as though locals and others ate there, and it got quite full.

Nothing was bad, but it was strange that the stairway and access to the rooms on the second floor was very warm and didn't seem air conditioned.

For a 2 star road motel the room was much better than I expected. Staff was extremely nice and helpful . Having a restaurant on site was a pleasant surprise considering we arrived pretty late. The food was an ok quality.

Someone left food in the fridge, so I know they didn’t clean the fridge. There was some hair in the sink, so that was not clean either. For non-smoking room it sure smelled a lot like smoke. No screen on the windows and no guard rails. It was really nice and fresh night, but I had to opt out from leaving the windows open as someone could just climb in.
