Best Studio Inn Homestead (Extended Stay)

The people working there are very friendly. Super convenient location for a multi-day stay visiting the Keys, Everglades, and Biscayne.

Hot water is not hot. The bed is not very comfortable but acceptable.

I needed a place to sleep, shower, and a clean room. The location was close to my work , although the staff at the front desk was not there often except when I needed to check in, I'm sure they were on-site to help but I didn't need any. the room was clean and basic things in the kitchen area were a nice bonus. the cost was the best rate I could find and met my expectations. If you are looking for a cost effective Clean place to stay this is it.

Maybe have the AC on prior to the guest arriving as the room was initially a bit warm and muggy, however the ac worked fine and it was good within 30 minutes.

Good, calm location. Close to US1 and Florida Keys.

Room needs some renovations. Kitchenette can be a bit better - larger frying pan and it would be good to have a kettle and toaster. Also, there is a strange smell after a day - not sure if it was from AC.
