Residence Inn Florence

My room was very clean however I did not expect that there would not be any house cleaning unless it was required.

Very quiet and great location to many businesses. The beds were very comfy, and the shower was always hot!

Air condtion system and refrigerator was loud and made noise during the whole stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very nice, with a kitchen, sitting area and king bed. Nice vanity in bath. But the mattress was soft, sinking in the middle. The staff here Charon and Cynthia serving breakfast were some of the nicest people we've met while eating breakfast. They displayed and kept the food items well stocked. The breakfast was great, we had sausage, both turkey and pork, eggs, toast, waffles, pastries, cereals, with a nut and topping station, juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, fresh pineapple, bananas, apples just to name a few. It was awesome!! Will be back here. I will have to say at check out the staff person was away with a note at the front desk, "I've walked away, will return later". This was the busiest time of day check out time and they weren't there to man the station. Only negative thing to say here.

Nice hotel, plenty of room and amenities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Overall this was a nice hotel. The fact that there were 2 bedrooms made it the perfect accomodations. The location was perfect with everything you needed.
