I was hoping that the hotel would offer at least coffee and tea, free of extra charge.

The mattress was not as firm as what I am used to. Of course, this was not negotiable. In addition, I would have liked to have tea bags in my room to use in addition to the coffee already provided. The shower head is good, but it would have been helpful to have an extension to wash up the shower room. The shower also leaked water during showering; not too much but enough that it was a little annoying.
