The room was extremely beautiful and spacious. I had a king suite and it was like a studio apartment. The staff were nice and responsive. Everything went well and I would like to visit again

I do not like the fact that hotel guest did not have access to an event that was happening on the rooftop on new year day. I had plans to visit the rooftop because it was my husband’s birthday and wasn’t made aware of this information until the day of. Also, it took almost an hour to get our vehicle from valet and for damn near $90 I think it could be much quicker.

Location was great and price wasn’t bad for the stay. Room was decently clean

Spa wasn’t open at all. We were told roof top was open until 11, then we rushed back from dinner to grab a drink up there to be told they shut the elevators down at 10 to go up there. To me that means then we should be told “it closes at 10.” I had bought an extra day with my Hilton direct membership and requested an upgrade for the first night. The check in person pretended to give an upgrade but he gave us the exact same room that I was assigned when I could’ve done my check in through the app. I thought that was weird. Like just say no up front instead of playing on the computer pretending to upgrade us
