"Terrible"

Breakfast was good and front desk staff was really nice.

The lady at the breakfast area was extremely rude to me and my kids. Didnt acknowledge us even after we said good morning. Our room: pulled out the sofa sleeper and saw something in the back. Reached in (big mistake) to find soiled clothes under so i slept on the couch. The next night my 1yr old was crawling around and found a pill on the entertainment center. The pool was ice cold the kids got in and got right out. I have stayed here in the past have never had an experience this bad. I will probably chose a different hotel on my next stay.

"Check in ruined the whole experience"

Location was good, breakfast so-so

check in was terrible......I stood at the front desk for 3-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged.....then she said she would be right with me. Down hill from there.......
