We had no TV the first night and we really wanted to watch it but they could not give me a discount as they promised they would because it was booked through booking.com. that's just plain ridiculous next time I will get your price and call the hotel myself!!

No TV the first night! They told me I would get a discount the night manager did. However when I checked out they said they couldn't do it because I booked it through booking.com. next time I will get the price through booking.com and call the hotel myself to book. That's just plain ridiculous I was expecting $100 discount we really wanted to use the TV. I asked him if they had another room they could swap on with he's told me no they were all full that's BS

Location very central to the businesses.

Cleanliness was not up to standards. Hair left in bathroom floor, mirrors smeared, toilets very low to the floor. Need to install chair height toilets!

Comfort, close to every reason we were in the area. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and efficient.

No wake-up call. My 'phone makes loud noises just because it wants to, so using it as an alarm clock was problematic. The closed captioning on the TV would just drop occasionally.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of items available.

Can be a little noisy with major roadways very close to the building.
