Hôtel Mount Ventùri - Restaurant Acampa

Très bon séjour, très bon accueil et conseil pour des visites dans la région. Également le service du restaurant et du petit déjeuner.

Zentral am Rand eines Gewerbegebiets und einer Bundesstraße gelegen (Umfeld also nicht so toll), Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber von der Ausstattung in Ordnung, Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen nicht ganz OK, Frühstück gut mit viel Auswahl. Pool von der Größe gut und sauber (Sonnenschirme leider zu 80% defekt).

Personnel sympathique qui aurait pu mous installer dans une chambre correcte des le départ Pour une réservation de 3 jours j’ai eu une chambre ou la Clim fonctionnait très peu nous avons dormis les fenêtres ouvertes, une mauvaise odeur régnante des moisissures dans le mini bar, une chasse d’eau qui fuyait en revanche le prix correspondait à une chambre normal Toutefois on nous a offert 20 euros de boisson

Hôtel sympa bien que vieillissant. Ne pas froisser la directrice (faussement sympa) sur son hôtel sous peine d'être exécuté verbalement (incompatible avec un 4 étoiles) et ne pas aider sa grande amie Céline à calculer ses taxes faites dans un désordre sans nom ni la contredire (non patiente et froide). Personnel du bar et de nettoyage agréable Nicolas en première ligne et Justin mbappé à l'accueil très sympa et professionnel. La division entre le personnel et la direction est palpable.

Hôtel très agréable, proche de la montagne Sainte-Victoire. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, et bien insonorisée, bonne literie confortable. Bons équipements : vaste piscine, salle de sports, sauna, baby-foot, billlard, flipper... Espaces communs spacieux, bien agencés avec du mobilier de qualité. Service irréprochable à l'image de la sympathique et souriante directrice. Dîner en terrasse très correct (vins un peu chers) et copieux. On oublie vite la ligne électrique (à haute tension ?) située à proximité. Petit déjeuner très varié, très bien fourni avec des produits frais et maison. Un petit bémol avec le bruit (pas infernal) d'une route quand on est dans la piscine mais la playlist en fond sonore est impeccable. Et on n'entend plus rien la nuit... Si on repasse par Aix, on reviendra.

The hotel is just off a busy roundabout well outside the village of Fuveau. The local amenities, such as restaurants, are not within walking distance. That was a disappointment as much more could have been made of the facilities and the hotel restaurant. The reception and room were spacious and full of light. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioned. There were patio doors to the outside space and table, stool and chair where we could have sat just outside. There is a large swimming pool which apoeared very underused during our stay there, also a sauna and a gym which were also always empty when I popped in. I found the bar and the restaurant a bit bland. There was rarely anyone in the bar and the restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria. Breakfast was fine and plentiful but I really didnt enjoy the one evening meal I ate there. I had ordered some fish and seasonal vegetables. The fish on the menu was unavailable and was replaced by sea bass. What appeared on the plate looked as if it had been overcooked in a microwave. The skin was slimy and sticky and the flesh was hard around the edges and overdone. The seasonal vegetables were an unidentifiable grey mess on the plate. I've no idea what the vegetables were. Needless to say, we drove to a restaurant to eat the following evening. I was disappointed as the hotel restaurant was expensive. However, even with the drawbacks, the room itself was good value for money.
