"Lovely location, great pool, pity to have loud music to spoil the peace."

Bedroom villas very nice with hammock outside. Pool area beautiful. Food menu was pretty good. Without a car it is difficult to go out to town and eat. we ended up just eating in the hotel.

The dining area is a hall - not much atmosphere - air conditioned to freezing and with loud music. It would be so nice to be able to listen to the jungle in peace.

The location is near the Queens of Maya tribe in the middle of the jungle so you should consider taking a taxi for the centre.(80 pesos because collectivo until 5 pm). The pool looks amazing and also the place. The staff helped us with everything we needed.

The buffet of the breakfast was okay but expensive not that good. Also the food in the restaurant is not that good. The room wasn’t clean. Also the rooms are not sound proof. The staff not smiling and don’t know English that well.

"Schöne Anlage direkt bei den Ruinen"

Schöne Anlage, toller Pool, sehr gute Lage zur Besichtigung von Palenque, nettes Personal.

Das Restaurant war etwas ‚lieblos‘ eingerichtet. Draußen sitzt man aber sehr schön.

"Tranquilo y junto a las ruinas; pero restaurante no al nivel"

El hotel es tranquilo y amplio con jardines. Excelente la piscina, aunque como había poca gente no tenia servicio de bar. Al lado del sitio arqueologico.

El restaurante deja mucho que desear, la decoración es nula y no acorde con la categoría y el estilo del hotel. Por la ubicación hay que coger el coche para ir a cenar fuera, y si te quedas en el hotel decepcionará el resto de la estancia.

Agradable alojamiento, desde la recepción todo el personal fue amable! Las instalaciones son agradables y perfectas para poder relajarse ya sea un viaje en pareja o familia. El servicio del restaurante excelente con la atención directa del chef.
