Hotel Ravesi

My wife and I just returned from two weeks in Sicily, and Hotel Ravesi may have been the most beautiful and most special place we have ever stayed. The hotel is stunning, but what makes Ravesi truly exceptional is the team. Nadia and the entire staff made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, which is a rare gift. The wine tasting was excellent, the restaurant recommendations were perfect every time, and our island tour with Pietro was a highlight of the whole trip. We were even lucky enough to see an eruption on Stromboli from the island. The breakfasts and lunches at the hotel were a daily pleasure on their own. There is so much more we want to see on Salina, and we're already planning a return with friends. If you're going to Salina, stay at Hotel Ravesi. You will not regret it.

The hotel is run by a local noble family and you bump into different family members, the charm is how they value the identity being a malfanian even if the family is now scattered across Italy. There Russian frontdesk Nadia is a true expat, living on the island over 15 years and speaks Italian and English fluently. I particularly like the open air library and the garden with stairs. Not to mention the rimless swimming pool and free upgrade!

I liked everything:.beautiful place, well decorated, nice finishings, fantastic gardens, pool, library. Very good beds and bathroom. The staff is exceptional: they will do everything for you. Very good.breakfast. It's a unique place! Real luxury.

Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti alla perfezione. La struttura è bellissima e la colazione eccellente, soprattutto le marmellate fatte in casa dalla stessa signora Ravesi. Gentilezza e attenzione fuori dal comune!

This is an exceptional hotel. Lucy (hotel manager) made us feel right at home after our long journey to Salina. After all, the best places are the hardest to get to. We chose the Ravesi to celebrate our honeymoon and every member of the staff made the experience special. There are stunning views of the mountains and ocean at every corner of the property. It's a surreal experience and one that should be treasured. Madame Ravesi has created a culture of excellence. You would struggle to find a better hotel, anywhere. Be sure to participate in the sunset cruise if weather permits and enjoy a cocktail from their legendary bartender.

Der Hotelgarten bietet ganz verschiedene Plätzchen, um gemütlich die Zeit zu geniessen. Das Frühstück im Garten an der Sonne war herrlich und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer gar gross, hatte ein bequemes Bett und sehr gutes Licht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der starke Wind zog im Zimmer etwas durch die Ritzen, was mit der warmen Decke jedoch kein Problem war.
