Ibersol Torremolinos Beach

We verbleven hier met twee personen eind oktober. Prima hotel. Alles was netjes en schoon. Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt goed, zwembad netjes . Lekker aan het strand. Zouden zo weer terug gaan.

Great breakfast

Our stay at the Hotel Ibersol Torremolinos Beach was a nightmare. We arrived in October and soon realised that most of the guests were elderly. My girlfriend and I suffered severe food poisoning on our first full day, she started vomiting non-stop and about 12 hours later, I was the same. We spent the rest of the holiday in bed, vomiting every 15 minutes. It was a terrible experience, and being young, it completely debilitated us. I am deeply concerned about what this could do to older people, who were the majority of the clientele. On investigation, we discovered a plethora of reviews of food poisoning at this hotel, which should bring it to the attention of the authorities to take action. I do not understand how they can continue to operate without improving their hygiene standards, putting the safety of guests at risk. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the rooms is appalling. The walls are so thin that you could hear everything, even the intimate activities of the neighbours, which is very uncomfortable. On the positive side, the hotel has good views and is close to the beach.

Mit der Sauberkeit des Restaurants war ich nicht sehr zufrieden. Auch die Auswahl der Menu war nicht sehr großzügig.

It wasnt worth the money we paid. Almost no service during lunch and dinner time.. we didnt got even water We asked for late check out - it was possible but we had to pay 20Euros Per one hour There were not enough sunbeds at swimming pole for all guests Horribly loud music started at 10 am and finished after mignight Inma was the only waiter who took care of us in the restaurant We had to buy bottled water to our room, because it wasnt possible to get one for free, even we had all inclusive. The receptionist christine was very helpful when we complaint about no service during lunch and dinner time, the boss of waiters in restaurant did nothing when we complaint. Only 3 lifts were working we had to wait for long time to get upstairs. It was one of the worst stay in the hotels.

The fitness center is poor with machines that does not work. Check in on-line and still used 15 minutes to get checked in at reception at arrival. And one of our rooms were late getting ready as previous customer had extended their stay with a few hours. How can they extend the stay if the room is to be ready for us... At reception Laura was fantastic :-)

Sehr nett Personal, sehr gut Essen,Lager ist perfekt, Schwimmen pool ist super, schnell ins Flughafen, gross Zimmer mit gross Balkon, 180 Grad Meersicht. Sehr empfehlen, gerne nächstes mal wider.

Very nice room and breakfast buffet. Would go there again.

The pool area was great and next to sea. The infrustructure of the hotel was old. The elevators were not working properly and the rooms had very thin walls. You can heard everything from rooms next to you.
