Herausragender, toller, freundlicher Service. Probleme, die es leider auch gab, wurden professionell und zügig bereinigt. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und recht günstig, das Frühstück hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Wasserdruck und Temperatur sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Über den geschlossenen Pool und Whirlpool wurden wir leider nicht im Vorfeld informiert. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies mit kostenlosem Frühstück kompensiert. Zudem lassen sich die Zimmer nur schlecht lüften, denn bauartbedingt gibt es keine größeren Fenster nach draußen. Wir haben mit Klimaanlage "gelüftet". Zudem ist die Akustik in den Räumen sehr hallig. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich außerdem mit einem Kühlschrank im Zimmer gerechnet.

Magnifique hôtel . Les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses. Aucun bruit. Le personnel est serviable et le restaurant très bon. Piscine et jacuzzi très pratique

Staff didn't speak much english, thankfully I knew enough spanish to manage my way through. Very friendly and patient with english speakers though.

MUY RICA LA COMIDA Y EL PERSONAL.

LO QUE NO ME GUSTÓ ES QUE LAS HABITACIONES SON MUY DIFERENTES Y EL PRECIO ES LO MISMO, EN MI CASO, ME TOCÓ LA HABITACION 102 QUE ES MUCHON MAS PEQUEÑA DE LAS OTRAS 4 QUE RENTAMOS Y TODAS SON DEL MISMO PRECIO.

Las instalaciones cómodas, limpias y ambiente tranquilo y relajante. El personal muy atento. Los alimentos en el restaurante excelentes.

It is a beautiful property and we had a superior room which was very spacious. The restaurant offers great food with delicious mole choices and a large selection of wine. The bed was really comfortable as were the Egyptian cotton sheets.

We extended our stay but unfortunately they didn’t inform us that works on the pool, directly above our room, would start that morning. We were woken up before 7am with loud building works and a chute outside our bathroom window. We spoke to reception who said they would speak to the manager and get back to us. They didn’t but did promise the building work wouldn’t start before 10am the next morning. Unfortunately, we were woken again at 7am. After asking to speak to the manager we finally saw her and she agreed we should have been offered a change in rooms and did agree to refund 1 nights stay. However we would have preferred to have changed rooms! Also be aware, not all the superior rooms are of the same standard. We booked another for one of our party and their room was half the size and nothing like as nice but we were told it was the same price as our much lovelier room!
