Some small issues with facilities.

Wonderful staff, everyone was just lovely, always smiling & very helpful. Great room, bigger than expected, very clean & had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay to visit the Lamex stadium to watch Stevenage FC Great value for money!

This hotel was ideal for our needs ( walking distance to the football stadium), on our arrival we were allowed to check in really early as our room was ready. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful and explained everything to us about the facilities in the hotel. We were located on the sixth floor (top floor), and our room was very spacious with good in room amenities and the bed was very large and comfortable. We made good use of the bar and restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from. If we are in that area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

There wasn’t anything to dislike there

Close to the event we had come down to attend but also on a busy main road and under the flight path of the nearby airport. Basic but very clean.

We were given an accessible room with a glass door to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the door was badly fitted and wouldn't close. Also, the door doesn't offer any sound insulation when someone is using it. The bathroom tap refused to produce cold water, no matter how long we ran it for. One way was scalding hot and the other way was luke warm. The tap water wasn't pleasant to drink anyway, it tasted of chlorine, which made the tea taste nasty.

Location was convenient , staff were lovely and so helpful

Not a lot of space on the car park, a lot of work to carry all my stuff and a 3 year old under a bridge to the hotel when the main carpark was full. Also a lot of noise on a Saturday night from a party you could hear the bass on the 4th floor

Alles sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Im Bad fehlen Haken für die Handtücher und eine Ablage.

Booked a room that gave me an option on whether I wanted a double or twin room, and I chose a twin. Got a message from the hotel to say they didn't have any twin rooms left, but I appreciate it wasn't guaranteed. I got a phone call the morning of the booked date, saying a room was available, but they wanted £10 extra if I wanted the room. I explained booking.com never mentioned this extra charge when making the booking, but this didn't compute with the receptionist as she kept reiterating it's their policy to charge extra for twin rooms. I declined and had a stuffy (even with what felt like non working Aircon) double room. If your going to charge extra for a twin room then make it visible prior to booking and not make it a hidden charge.

Hotel was clean

Parking facilities were not good. breakfast was luke warm and towels were not changed

Spotless, cofortable, 5star reception, decent breakfast
