The staff were amazing ,on site parking at a good discounted rate ,short distance into city centre ,breakfast was great .Air conditioning in room was amazing .

Pillows were lumpy ,bed was hard ,duvet was heavy and the sheets although clean looked like they need renewing .It also quite expensive and feel these should be of better quality .

I have stayed here a few times and it is excellent value for money. Its in a great location a few minutes from the train station. Its also got plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and polite. I asked for an early check-in which they managed for us. Breakfast plenty of choice and plenty if it, it can get a bit busy at the buffet area but plenty of seating.
