"The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great"

I booked a king room online only 20 minutes from the hotel and when I got there they didn't have a king room and I was told that there was a 24 hour cancelation policy so too bad so sad, whether you stay or not you pay.

Having to pay extra for a room that I didn't request because the one I booked wasn't available when I got there and they didn't care.
