"Disappointed hotel stay"

Close to family that we were visiting.

Hotel grounds were unkept, pool and surrounding area was dirty, pool chairs were frayed, full of holes and of the 5 outside tables only 2 had umbrellas. Bathroom was dirty, windows were dirty, bathroom fan did not work, light above coffee maker did not work. Shower floor was very slippery. Even with the hand rails we had both slipped. We had to drive to a store and purchase a bath mat. The front staff was lacking in personality and friendliness. Overall we were highly disappointed especially with the price we paid.
