Refrigerator didn’t cool. Bathroom door didn’t lock. No breakfast served. Lights flickered.

Staff.

Desk clerk was very nice and cheerful. She offered, if we needed anything, that she was there to help. We were pulling a 16' trailer, headed to a trade show, and she was very helpful, telling us the best place to unload our stuff for the night stay, and told my husband the best area in the lot to leave the trailer overnight. And, the great service didn't stop there....The King Suite was not only a great value, but also a very comfy bed, and a kitchenette with all of the dishes, utensils, and pans to accommodate your stay.... All of this at The Best Value!!

Some staff were genuinely passionate about treating you as if you were their priority.

There was one front desk agent who was passive aggressive, rude and just overall unprofessional. I am the paying guest, I don't pay to have the staff treat me as if I'm beneath them. I expect the same respect I show them at minimum. Additionally, how is my minor child able to charge anything to the credit card on file. My credit card. I have been to hotels that have that option but it is written out, this is the card for open tabs and this is who can charge to the card. This hotel was using the card I had to have on file for incidentals, at their own discretion. I'm an adult, they are adults, any money due should be addressed to me. But there were some wonderful staff. Unfortunately it's the ones that aren't so wonderful that really stick out.

The customer service I received when a problem arose was outstanding. The available selection in their food pantry was well stocked.

The air conditioner in the first room we stayed in, backed up and flooded the carpet with cold water. The second room had a refrigerator that would make a rather loud noise every 3 min.
