Nur Buffet im Restaurant und nicht telefonisch zu erreichen

Die Lage, das Zimmer, das Frühstück. Wenn wir in der Nähe von Lüneburg übernachten, wird es keine andere Unterkunft geben. ++++++

Ich wüsste nichts.

Incredible location, very well maintained grounds, exactly like in the pictures (or maybe even better!). Breakfast is good, sauna is amazing. We didn’t play golf but the golf courts seemed top. Calm place, perfect to rest and connect to the nature.

The staff didn’t speak proper german, and was untrained to service customers. To give an example, we asked for an iron and ironing board and they gave us only the iron and not the board. They said they didn’t have the board at all. We had to insist that without the board we would have to use the table and that would be a risk for the furniture, and only then they went out to search and surprisingly found a board. In addition to that, on the night we arrived the reception was already closed, and unfortunately we were given a room in the top floor with a window that didn’t open more than 10cm, and the AC was broken. Since it was 35 degrees we couldn’t sleep. On the next day, we had to insist with the staff for them to put us in another room, and again the communication was complicated and we felt like this could have been handled differently given how sophisticated the hotel is.

Riesiges Zimmer! Gratis Parkplatz. Formidables Frühstück. Sehr schönes Anwesen / Anlage im Grünen.

Kein Lift / Aufzug (viele Treppen), ziemlich ringhörig. Erreichbarkeit Personal eingeschränkt.

Das ist sehr großes Hotelzimmer im englischen Landhausstil. Wir hatten das Glück, dass am Abend ein Grillbuffet angeboten wurde… Das ließ keine Wünsche übrig ebenso das Frühstück war genial.

Die Außenanlage/Terrasse hätte vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Liebe gebraucht… Das ist aber jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau… Das Unkraut zwischen den Fugen müsste man vielleicht ab und an entfernen, gemessen an der Topqualität im Innenbereich… Dann würde es zu 100 % passen…

Es war erst der 2. warme Tag. Das Zimmer hatte gefühlte 30 Grad, durch das kleine Dachfenster war ein Wärmeaustausch nicht möglich. Die Klimaanlage war anscheinend defekt.

Wenig Personal an der Rezeption

Die Lage und die Umgebung waren sensationell. Sehr ruhig schöne historische Gebäude mitten in der Natur. Barrierefreie Zugänge.

Der Empfang ist nur sporadisch besetzt, die Begrüßung, die Information zum Hotel so auch die Verabschiedung sind sehr mechanisch und unpersönlich. Frühstück war nicht den 4 **** entsprechend. Rührei aus dem Tetrapak! Verwelkte Blumen auf den Tischen sollte selbst dem Personal auffallen. Die Terrasse im hohen Unkraut versunken passt nicht zum Ambiente.
