"Neptuno staff amazing location great not a good nights sleep though"

Great location the room had good facilities the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us.

Only one pillow and no spares in the wardrobe the mattresses were not very comfortable and moved very easily on the bed base. There were signs of damp in our room on the outer wall.
