Todo por qué estaba sucio las paredes se caen el cascarillado de la pared muchos cuadros con suciedad . El baño olía mal . Paredes sucia y rotas todo lleno de tierra y el sillón sucio

"Have booked 3 weeks again later this year!"

Adults only. Perfect location for us. Quiet but very close to shops/bars/restaurants etc. Lovely sea view. Direct access to promenade. Spacious apartment. Good size sunny balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could charge up our hired mobility scooter in reception.

Would have preferred softer seating in lounge area. Wi-Fi not great. Shower functional but could do with a refurb. Pool very cold.

"Great location, excellent staff and comfortable accomodation."

Very pleasant staff, explained everything on arrival, even though it was all key entry. Needed extra pillows and was not a bother for them, left message with housekeeping and pillows in room when we returned from a day out.

Water pressure could have been better, and the shower control on low was still quite warm (no chance of a cold shower though :)). Wifi was OK, just about got Netflix streaming bit playback was quite glitchy at times

Location

Expensive, poor internet, constant interruptions in room, 2way mirror in living room/bathroom means you can see everything! Concrete sofa was uncomfortable. Place was being decorated with paint falling onto balcony daily.

Shower was dreadful , loose shower head , no pressure . Decor needs a bit of attention.

"Good neptuno stay."

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk from the shops and bars. Rooms are well furnished and clean! Also great authentic Mexican restaurant outside front door. 10/10 Mexican!

My only complaint is that the beds are a hard. I got around this by sleeping on my duvet, but 8ths a night I’d like a softer bed ideally.
